• The Caring Chain is a monthly support group for family and friends of loved ones with mental health challenges.

 

• We welcome you to a safe and nurturing environment where you can express your emotions and experiences as you support your loved ones. Common experiences among group members create a supportive link that is open, accepting, and without judgment.
